FAQs

How much does garden maintenance cost?

Every garden is different, so we quote after a free visit rather than from a photo. As a rough guide, a regular fortnightly maintenance visit starts from around £60, depending on garden size and what's included. You'll always get a fixed price before we start.

Do you do one-off jobs, or only regular visits?

Both. Many customers start with a one-off tidy or clearance and then move onto regular visits; others just want a fortnightly cut and a yearly prune. Tell us what you're after and we'll work around you.

Are you insured?

Yes. We're fully insured for the work we carry out, including in and around your property.

What can you do for a small commercial or shared space?

We look after small commercial and community grounds too — office courtyards, shared gardens, shop forecourts and the like — with the same standards and a simple, maintenance-friendly plan.

What areas do you cover?

Ashcombe and the surrounding villages, roughly a 15-mile service ring. If you're just outside it, get in touch and we'll tell you honestly whether we can cover you.

How do I get a quote?

Send a request with your address and a rough idea of what you need. We'll reply within two working days to arrange a free visit and quote.

When is the best time to book work?

Regular maintenance runs March to November; we do limited winter care (clear-ups, pruning, hedge trimming) too. For planting and landscaping, spring and early autumn are ideal — but we'll advise on what's right for your garden.

Will you tidy up afterwards?

Always. We remove our waste (soil, trimmings and rubble), and leave the garden swept and tidy. On bigger landscaping jobs we agree routes for access and waste removal before we start.
